I have been experiencing sort of the same thing in different lines of business, everything seems to be so crowded and overwhelmed. I used to be able to make a appointment for oil change tire rotation for a couple days later now it seems to be two or three weeks at least I also asked for an additional service and they told me they could not do it. I understand there is always a risk for someone to lash out in any way. It just seems it’s so common place for someone young or old, to start shooting people and things up. It is especially alarming to me that we need metal detectors in all schools. Yet I understand the need, for all purposes, to keep things safe. So where does it end ? Grocery stores, retail stores , shopping malls, what if it’s an open carry state, or maybe the person has a concealed carry permit, I hate to think what it will be like for my grandchildren, yet I reckon my grandparents might have said the same thing, they are long gone, so I can’t ask them . So I’m not sure as to the ultimate answer, truly there has to be harsher punishment into many ways.

Yes I recall the case, society is fickle. Who in the hell would buy their kid an assault rifle ? Who supplies ammunition to their kid ? I taught my kids how to shoot and how to respect weapons at an early age, yet the weapons were still locked and secured away. I realize it’s a lot crazier world than when we were young, but does that make all this ok ? People need to be held responsible .
