Not everyone feels like this guy, and, if you, CC54, feels the same, then I don’t think you know what it is to be an American, regardless of how many tours of duty you completed. This guy, and I’m assuming you do too, think that God should be part of the American way. I don’t disagree in the concept. I do disagree that it has to be the Christian God. I don’t disagree that the Pledge of Allegiance should be part of becoming a naturalized citizen or that it should be required if you are going to be part of government or the military. I don’t believe it should be required of students. If history, Sex and sexual orientation, books, and Walt Disney should be left to parents, then allegiance should be too. Not having a job, well ,just look at his living condition and what he looks like and you can imagine his level of education. I do believe that you should have some sort of knowledge of American history to be here, just a little good or bad. My take is that IF A STUDENT ASKS A TEACHER what is a transgender, he/she should be able to answer the question without any elaboration and not face jail/fine/end-of-career. You have them more then you think. Let's teach our kids life skills, how to read and write, how to speak proper, how to do math and science. I will teach them at home about the LBGQTB (forgive me if I left a letter out). Our kids are not learning anything because teachers are afraid to teach. Teachers are leaving the profession and the state because they are tired of violent students that should have been taught at home to be polite and the MISGUIDED attempt by our Governor to make non-straight people, young and old, a crime, leading to draconian laws that punish teachers for being teachers. A man armed with a knife has stabbed four pre-school children in a playground in France. Two adults were also injured, in the town of Annecy in the French alps.

Some of the victims are in critical condition. One of the victims is Dutch, and another injured child is British.
