It sort of depends on the situation. I typically call my wife's pussy, a pussy in conversation. During sex, I'm likely to use the term Cunt on occasion. As for offensive, I think Cunt is typically considered more offensive than pussy but again, it depends on the situation and the people involved in the conversation.
