Go to your pic and see the 'buttons' below the image,...click on 'Show in forums'......select the option 'code for most of forums'...Right click and left click 'copy'.......

Compose post,..place cursor where you desire pic.....press 'Ctrl' and 'V'........the pic code is now placed and when you post your message the pic will come up.
