To me a modified dick is one that has had its shape or general appearance permanently altered,possibly surgically.It is DEFINITELY not for guys who post pictures of their bras or knickers-that is what"Miscellaneous" is for!?!! houghts on this?

You are correct. I would rather see that entire category replaced with something that showed more unaltered bodies. I don't care if its underware, sex, or something else. I'm just not a fan of "modified" or abused body parts
