Was prescribed to me about 20 years ago, coming out of rehab. Never mind climax, I could not even get an erection, my sex drive was up to S H I T. Stopped the treatment long time ago. I know some people do need them for severe depression, but I seem to be fine. It had more to do with my substance abuse at that time that made me depressed, I think
