I have never heard of safety pants before. I never knew anyone who wore them. But it is common for little girls to play with their dresses and skirts like you did. It is just something cute that little girls of 5 or 6 years old will do, and no one cares. Eventually, they have to learn to be careful, and I almost always see older girls and women carefully managing their skirt to avoid exposure. But it is not just a flash of panties that is exciting. Sometimes one can see the shape of someone's butt, and that is nice. But it's just nice to see women's legs, too. Legs are hot. You have great legs, Annie, like everything else about you. Obviously, I am aware of the possibility of a flash up someone's skirt when I see someone wear one, but I do not contstantly keep on the lookout for a flash of panties.

I've known a lot of women that act like it's an accident. But they also make it to where the accident will happen somewhere and I know girls that have admitted that they like to let things flash, because it turns men on ( which turns the woman on too ;p ).
