I don’t understand why some of these photos win. Most are great photos but unfortunately not all fit the contest category.
The most recent one “So Close you can taste it” The winner is definitely a beautiful pussy (although looks touched up) but there were many other pictures that were extreme close ups. Do guys actually look and vote for the picture that fits the category? Same with people entering contests. Why do you put a picture that doesn’t match the contest?

I've asked myself this question too, a lot of times the winner doesn't have a thematically fitting pic and still wins.

I've come to the same conclusion that it's more about popularity and how you can get the most people to vote for you by other means

It’s all about politics and not the best picture, it depends on how many friends that are willing to vote for you no matter if the picture fits the category or not or even if it’s a good picture or not.

This extends beyond the photo contests. King of the Mountain and Best Member are controlled by the same small group just cycling the top position between themselves which is a disincentive to participate. Also, curiously and without explanation, pictures are kicked out of contests. Others are so micromanaged that they seem tailored to their creator. On the whole, “competition “ seems to be waning.

I don’t know anything about KING OF THE MOUNTAIN however BEST IMAGE/MEMBER TOP does seem to have the same 3 gentlemen occupying the top three spots. Were you aware that 2 of the 3 men have over 400 friends that could potentially be voting for them?

I’m going to speak about one of the gentlemen who is somewhere at the top and that is stefan123. He has been a member for a long, long time, he’s kind, he’s generous and he’s genuinely nice to everyone! It’s easy to understand why he receives votes in BEST IMAGE/MEMBER TOP. Now there’s another guy who has approximately 100 friends and alwayd seems to be at the top. Those 100 friends must be some very organized “warriors” to keep their friend at the top because I admit, I find it very odd.

It’s up to the creator of the contest to monitor the pictures submitted. There was a time that I implemented many successful photo contest themes and would kick anyone that didn’t adhere to the parameters that I set and as I recall, there weren’t many that I felt needed to be kicked.

So the theme of the contest that your blog is addressing was titled; “SO CLOSE YOU CAN TASTE IT”. Without actually seeing the “rules” established by the creator, my GUESS is that the applicants should be submitting extreme closeups. If the rules aren’t specific, SO CLOSE YOU CAN TASTE IT could be ANYTHING, a pussy, a cock, a butt hole, a foot, basically anything you might be inclined to lick.

Yes, that was the idea behind the contest, an extreme close up. Subject matter and treatment were left to the entrant. The hope was to encourage creativity and quality. I almost never remove anyone from a contest, though some submissions skew the competition.

With my understanding of the photo contest and the expectation set by the creator, RoseInBloom‘s picture met the contest’s guidelines. It’s easy to understand why RIB would be a front runner, she has over 800 “friends” that most likely notified that she was an entrant in the SO CLOSE YOU CAN TASTE IT photo contest. From what I can see, RIB is not only beautiful she’s quite personable as well. Couple that with her 800 friends receiving notification must generate a great deal of votes for RIB.

If rib entered a contest for best penis, even though she’s female, I would probably vote for her anyway because she’s very sexy and I wouldn’t care what anyone would think,if they don’t like it, don’t enter, it’s all about being popular on this site. The more popular you are the more votes you get.

Yes and NO!

If I organized a “BEST PENIS” contest and a female member submitted a photo displaying female parts, I would kick her out no matter how sexy or popular they were. The men DO NOT stand a snowball’s chance in hell in winning ANY contest when it’s opened to both men and women. I noticed that when I sponsored photo contests, if the theme happened to be “BEST PENIS” and an entrant had a penis picture that included any female part, breast, pussy, etc, those member’s pictures were sure to win.

What I would like to see is that some of the “more popular” members giving back to the site and the membership that catapulted them into popularity.
