May I give you my perspective? Super! Who cares what others would like!? Do it for YOURSELF! My guess is that you want to drop a few pounds and possibly want to buff up. If that’s what you have in mind, my guess is that it might be difficult to see the 1 or 2 pound weight loss that you might attain each week but losing weight at a 1 or 2 pounds per week over a period of a one month would be quite a significant, right!? For yourself, journal your day or week so you can appreciate your struggles as well as achievements. Think about taking a photo of yourself every month on the same day and so that you have visual documentation of journey.
