I have been circumcised my whole life that I can remember and, trust me on this, masturbation has never been a problem. I use two techniques.

The first and most frequent, is to grip my cock in about the center of the shaft. Pretty firmly. I then slide the skin up the shaft until my hand just hits the head. Thats why I suggest hand lotion.

Masturbation works about the same without the forskin. You can try by sliding the skin all the way back so the head is fully exposed, and then sliding the skin down the shaft so the extra skin is down by your balls. Then grab your cock so there is an inch or so of tight skin between your hand and the head of your cock. Grip firmly and slide the skin up and down on the shaft. Should feel good. If it hurts your foreskin is too tight and you might want it circumcised.
