Hey everyone,

I while back I began modifying my penis and haven't decided how far to go with it. So far it was medically opened in a keratotomy to relieve a urinary stricture and since then I furthered that on the underside of the head in the begging of sub-incision and recently started opening the top side of the head. I know that I would like to get the entire head split into two but not sure about going into the shaft. My testicles will likely soon be gone however not sure if the doc will respect my wishes and remove the scrotum as well. I'm on Full Testosterone replacement therapy for life so losing my nuts and sack means nothing to me.

My question to all of you is, how far should I take the modifications of my penis and if you would, why you think I should do your recommendation. If you want other views of my penis, let me know. To me, it's just a penis, no big deal.
