Nice stretched meatus!
With my meatotomy, I have no problems urinating. If the spray is too strong, I insert a penis plug 17mm in diameter or a prince's scepter with a hole into the meatus. Then the urine stream comes out very precisely. I can also use my closed foreskin to focus the urine stream.
