I like the freshness of mint, anything peppermint not spearmint. My guess if you were concerning yourself with only the nutritional value of Juicy Fruit versus peppermint gum or lozenges, they probably the have the same sugar content but in my opinion, Juicy Fruit tastes sweeter.
