This entry is as much a confession of my past sexual ineptitude as it is a brag.

Once I went out on a date with a girl from my hometown - a coworker of my mother's, actually - when I was home from college for a semester of internship. When I dropped her off at her place after the outing, I got out of the car too. "Oh, so you're coming in," she said, as I did so. And rightly so: I was doing this uninvited, and we hadn't even talked about the possibility of continuing the date at her place. Not that she minded; within seconds, two bumps appeared in her sweater, a sign that at least her body was excited about what might be about to transpire.

Alas, all that did transpire was more conversation. I would definitely have been interested in doing more - as would have the girl, most likely - but in those days I simply didn't know how to go about closing the deal. My getting anywhere romantically with a girl wasn't possible unless she initiated basically everything. Which in fact is how I finally got a girlfriend and lost my virginity, a few months later. As it was, on this particular night, I and my date were left unsatisfied. We didn't go out again after that night, but we could at least have gotten some sexy fun out of it.

After that I went to Mexico as an exchange student, and proceeded to meet the aforementioned girl who initiated everything in becoming my girlfriend and taking my virginity. While we dated, I met another Mexican girl who obviously had a crush on me. We were friendly, but I couldn't take it any further than that. Then things ended between me and the Mexican girlfriend, and I was a free agent again. And soon after the breakup, I found myself in a conversation with the girl who had a crush on me. My delivering the news about the breakup had quite the effect on her. Specifically, it made her nipples stick out most ostentatiously through her shirt. Now, the first girl I talked about had smallish nipples (though it was impressive that they'd gotten hard enough to be visible through a sweater). This Mexican girl's nipples, though, were clearly huge. Again, though, nothing happened with the girl - then or later. It easily could have, as I was available and she was still interested. I would have felt it a bit of a betrayal to my ex-girlfriend.
