I will assume that when you use the word "react", in reference to a PM, that you mean respond. Just a thought, are you 100% certain that your message was intentionally ignored or is it possible that the recipient of your message just isn't online as much or as often as you think? Obviously, each person is unique and each person has their own expectation(s). It would be a kind gesture if people could be honest an say; "I'm not interested", however you must admit, some folks have very tender feelings.

I hope that you don't become discouraged, continue to reach out to members that interest you. You win some, you lose some just remember that there are interesting and thoughtful members to connect with.
